About the Funded IVF Program

- This funded program will provide access of up to $19,000 for all eligible residents.

- This program commences on Wednesday, July 2, 2025.

- This is a 2-year program with provincial financial support to a limit of $64 million, and financial support will be allocated across the 2-year window of time.

Who is eligible

  • - Applicants must be at least 18 years of age

  • - Applicants must be 41 years of age or under at time of application, for the applicant undergoing the embryo transfer

  • - Applicant must be enrolled in MSP at the time of application and for the duration of treatment

What services are eligible

  • - Any part of a standard IVF cycle (including orientation, egg retrieval, sperm retrieval, fertilization, blastocyst culture and single embryo transfer; fresh or frozen)

  • - Components of a standard IVF cycle with previously frozen eggs

  • - Frozen embryo transfer (FET) using previously frozen embryos

  • - Required medications

About the Application Process

The application process was designed by the Ministry of Health to ensure an equitable opportunity for all members of the community hoping to access funding

Applications will be submitted by health care providers, following instructions from the BC Ministry. Your application will be submitted on your behalf by Grace Fertility Centre.
