Make an Appointment

Follow these simple steps to make an appointment with us:

1. Get a Referral from your Doctor or Physician

   Appointments for new patients are handled through your General Practitioner or consulting Physician. To start the process, have them complete our Referrals Form and we'll work with them to arrange a consultation.

2. Confirm your Appointment

   Please call us (+1) 604-558-4886 to confirm or re-arrange an appointment at your earliest opportunity.

3. Things you'll need

   For your first infertility consult, bring along your partner, Care Cards and any other pertinent information. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with our location and allow extra time to complete our medical records form.
